Terms of Payment

The price for renting congress areas follows the Price List of Services which is valid for the calendar year. It includes not only the price for the rent of the premises themselves, but also the price for all provided services and congress technical facilities.

An event in the social-congress centre RCO can be accomplished on the basis of an order or an agreement on the rent of non-residential spaces according to the extent of the event. It is decisive also for the way of the rental reimbursement and the amount for providing services:

a) simple, most frequently one-day events (trainings, presentations etc.)
- cash payment
- credit transfers (invoice)
- no advance required
- basis of the payment is a bilaterally agreed calculation of the event
b) more considerable events (social events, balls, conferences etc.)
- credit transfers (invoice)
- advance required
- basis of the payment is a bilaterally agreed calculation of the event

Cancellation Fees

a) simple, most frequently one-day events (trainings, presentations etc.)
- up to 7 days before the term of holding the event: free of charge
- after the 7th day before the term of holding the event: reimbursement of demonstrably incurred expenses
b) more considerable events (social events, balls, conferences etc.)
up to 21 days before the term of holding the event: free of charge
up to 14 days before the term of holding the event: 50 per cent of the total price
up to 10 days before the term of holding the event: 75 per cent of the total price
on the 10th day and after the 10th day before the term of holding the event: 100 per cent of the total price

Discount Policy

The endeavour of the RCO aims at complying the customer's wishes at maximum. We greatly appreciate all who use our services. Realizing the events, we use an active discount policy. The discounts are allowed for basic and complementary services provided by the RCO. The contracting services provided by an external supplier are not subjected to the discount policy. The discounts are granted according to a mutual agreement between the landlord and the tenant.

Every year we prepare for our customers interesting bonus packages which include rent of premises, selected services and congress technical facilities. This programme brings not only financial savings, but it speeds up also the process of the accomplishment of the event to a great extent.
