    The company Regional Centre of Olomouc was established in the city of Olomouc in 1997 as a private Czech corporation under the trade name TESCO. On January 1st in 2002 the real estate activities were taken out of the subject of enterprise of TESCO. Real estates remained the subject of enterprise in the original company with a new trade name Regional Centre of Olomouc.

• Holding of special courses, trainings etc.

• Holding of social and cultural events and meetings

The buildings of Regional Centre of Olomouc (abbr. RCO) include administrative buildings RCO1 and RCO4, multifunctional high-rise building RCO2 and parking areas.

The RCO1 is a seven-floor modern administrative building that was launched in 1997. Its representative premises form a utility area of 5 500 m².

The RCO2 is a twenty-floor modern administrative and commercial building opened in 2003. The representative space of this architectonically unique building with parameters of the 21st century cover an area of 19 500 m². The building is an outstanding benchmark with its height of 71 m. The pole on the top of the building ends up in the height of 300 m above sea level.

RCO2 has an optimum location due to the transportation infrastructure (the main railway station and urban mass transportation are in the distance of 50 m) and provides also a congress centre of an area of 2 100 m².
